Nutrish Crunch was born from a simple thought — **healthy food should never have to compromise on taste.**
Founded by **Dietitian Rishita Kale, MSc & BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics**, Nutrish Crunch was created from a combination of **theoretical knowledge and practical experience in nutrition.**
As a Dietitian, Rishita noticed a common gap between **nutrition and taste**. Many healthy options were nutritious but lacked taste, while tasty snacks often came with ingredients people wanted to avoid.
That’s where Nutrish Crunch began. 🌱
Our aim is to create **smart, tasty and enjoyable snacking options** that make healthier choices easier for everyday life.
